Please note that the table delivered is of a completely different colour and finish than what was shown on the company website.
The product I ordered is the Lawson 6 Seater Dining Table Set.
The Quality Inspection people visited my residence to check and their representative called me to verify that yes there is a problem, and we can try to arrange for a replacement. In the last phone call i informed them that since you have been harassing me for 9 days no, i do not want a replacement and would like fopr you to just pick this up and issue me my refund. The manager was supposed to call me back.
Instead, now they have just sent me an email saying they cant do anything as there is nothing wrong with the product!
This is just obnoxious behavior and completely unprofessional attitude of dealing with a customer problem. I have attached pictures of the color mimatch between the tables and chairs.
