Urban Ladder — Refund issue

I have bught a office chair through online and paid the amount Rs. 3, 449 on 2nd Nov 2022. After 3 months o[censored]sage the chair broke and urban laddrer took it and said they will replace it. Instead of replacement they placed a new order and asked me to pay and I paid also. Item delivered. Now for the earlier item they told that the refund is intiatiated on the 13th March 2023 and asked to wait for 7 working days get the refund. Now today is 31st and yet I have not received the refund. I sent them the bank statement and they keep saying that the refund is successful at their end and asked me to check with my bank. My bank wants a bank statement o[censored]rban laddrer to check the debit status in their books to take it up further. Now urban ladder refuse to send the bank statment and keep saying the refund is successful. When they wanted my bank statement I sent them. Now the refund has not come to my account and they are refusing to probe it further. I am attaching the bank statment of my debit as well as March 2023 statment to you to take it up further.
