Hi,
I have booked home salon services worth of 4k 3 days back and after a day i saw pimples and redness on my cheeks. Then i raised a complaint on customer care. Initially they replied very politely that we have inhouse derma and provide me prescription from their dermatologist and asked me to send the bill to them and the main thing they will reimburse the prescription amount into uc wallet only so that i will use their services again and ruin my complete face which anyway i haven't received.
When i raised for my complete facial refund then they said they don't have refund policy and after 2 days i asked that my face is getting dried, so again they prescribed me another medicine and when i asked to courier it to me then that girl with so much of ego told me "ridhika we don't have this policy" we are cooperating with you. Such a egoist reply i got from a big service provider's employee. Just don't want to disclose her name.
So basically they want me to left my whole office work and buy their stupid prescriptions again and again. So my mistake here is that i have taken a so called home service from urbanclap.
