Urbanic — Order not received since 20 days (Payment Done)

This is with regards to Order No.[protected] placed on 16th November, 2020 on Urbanic App of Rs. 4, 906. It has been 20 days since I have placed the order. The items have still not been delivered.

I have received an email today stating that 2 of the items aren't available due to high demand. I have paid the money for it at the time of placing the order and the items were in stock, so I do not understand why can't it be delivered to me. They are not responding to my query over mails or app chat support. I got a reply to one mail stating to wait for a call back in 48 hours and that also never happened. I also received a message for refund request, which states that a refund of Rs. 487 has been initiated. However, the order total was of Rs. 4, 906 of which, two items are now showing cancelled, each costing Rs. 495 which totals to Rs. 990. Therefore, they have to refund me Rs. 990 for the two cancelled items.

Again, to highlight the issue, I have not received the order yet and the refund for two cancelled items costing a total of Rs. 990 has not been initiated by them. I can't get in touch with them over call AT ALL and I do not know how to get any further help. My money is stuck with them. Kindly assist me at the earliest.

They haven't initiated the refund
But on daily basis they're saying it will reflect within 7-10 business days
I'm not sure if I will even get it

I've order some products from urbanic although I cancelled a t shirt And it is also cancelled but it is still showing it there bit the money it not deducted form the total bill.. Now I don't know what to do about it... Plzz. Do resolve my problem soon
