Urgent Vacancies — Cheating on the name of refund | |||
Dear Sir/Madam; I received a call from the number +[protected] saying that saying that they are calling on behalf of Click2resume.com. I was assured for refund of money from the site saying that they are very sorry for the poor performance of the site and they want to initiate refund to save the prestige of the company. To initiate refund the person calling asked me to login to the site(urgentvacancies.com) and make a transaction which would not deduct any money but would generate a refund code. To do that he asked me to select Partner 8 and do the transaction as Partner 8 is for refund process. After following the process, my balance got deducted. Later I saw that I was forcibly subscribed to two of your orders: 1. UV50857_UP8: Job Assistance 2. UV50857_UP8: Interview Guide. I am hereby begging you to please help me to get refund of my amount and cancel out my orders before any processing takes place. This would be highly grateful from your part and I would be proud to recommend anyone to your portal. I truly understand that this is quite a difficult process from your side, but this initiation would enhance the reputation of your esteemed organisation. Today they called from same number and asked for card number, account number, IFSC etc. Again These holes trying to cheat for refund. I denied as the refund doesnt require these credentials
Today I received a call and they told me that they are refunding money as per my complaints, so pls provide me Card details for accurate verification and as soon as I told them that card details are not required, he claimed it to be mandatory. Still I told them to mail me but this piece of hung up my phone.
