I have ordered a Black & Decker KA400 Sheet Sander from Urjakart.com with order No.#[protected] through debit card . they have not updated the order status or shipped my order, there is no customer care support available.
No one answers the call and most of the times it does not connect.
The payment has been done and since then there is no update shown in the order status.

When writing the complaint at urjakart only a request number gets generated and no further action is being taken

On january 18.1.2017. I ordered 1 greenlight sunking but it says fatal error so I tried it 5 times but when I check my email I had ordered 5 so when I ask to cancel 4 orders urjakart ask for my account no.. so I send it. even then there's no confirmation of cancelling my orders nor refund. So I ask to cancel all 5 orders but still no cancel confirmation or refund

I have not received any update for my order[protected] .
It has been more than 2 weeks now and also there is no customer care support available.
No one answers the call and most of the times it does not connect.

I had bought a bundle of 3 core wirer for Rs. 1722 with order #[protected] from the site on 1st Dec 2016. I made the mistake of making the payment online as they've not even shipped the order till date.They said the product is not available, I asked to change the product and nothing was available with them, They said refund is under process...after 50 days also it is not refunded. They don't answer the customer care contact number given on site, just an automated system answers the call and then cuts after you select to talk to an executive. They are not even replying to the mails I've sent regarding any update on the refund of the same.
I should have checked about the site before making the payment for the order...
PLEASE DONT DO PRE PAYMENT FOR THESE KIND OF FRAUD PEOPLE.

I had bought HTC DM-97 Digital Multimeter for Rs. 1275 from the site on 1st Jan 2017. I made the mistake of making the payment online as they've not even shipped the order till date. They don't answer the customer care contact number given on site, just an automated system answers the call and then cuts after you select to talk to an executive. They are not even replying to the mails I've sent regarding any update on the shipment or even the cancellation of the same.

I ordered for electronic goods of Rs.2755/- totally .but the material was not delivered till date, after inquiring about it, they said that your payment would be refunded in one week.after this, so many times call to customer care but they can not provide when they will ship.It's been 16 days, they have not returned my money and they are not responding to my emails or my calls...

The most pathetic customer support one can ever see in his life. They won't pick your phone untill you have call 5- 6 times, they don't have answers for your questions...

Please refer to my complaint against Urjakart on 20/12/2016. I have not yet received information from them. I chatted with their officials for the last one week but nobody answering exactly and missing in between without any answer. I had paid an amount of rs.1637/- against my order no.[protected] through state bank of india maestro debit card vide their ref. no[protected]IGAAGBPJF8 on 11/11/2016 and an amount of rs.1420/- against my order[protected] through south indian bank vide their ref no.
PRCR/[protected]/[protected]/CMN ON 11/11/2016 itself. I humbly request you to take immediate action and arrange to get the refund.

Sir,
I have ordered black & decker bdel503k 22mm from urjakart with order #[protected] through credit card payment on 25 november 2016 but the product is not provided after 2 weeks. So, it was asked to cancel and refund the amount. They said the refund will be clear by 5 working days but still it is not reflected to my account. When i emailed, no response from them and when i called, call could not reached them.

I have placed 2 orders[protected] and[protected] on 11/11/2016 with Urjakart for electrical items. regret to note that no reply from them reg. shipment of the item even after repeated requests from my side. On 5/12/2016 i had cancelled the order and requested them to refund the amount. till this time i didnt get my credit even repeated reminders again and again. request your goodself to do the needful in this case. regards

I purchased some electronic goods from Urjakart on 6 October 2016 company hadn't order material so after 25 October they canceled my order... and mail me that money will refund within 5 to 7 working days still money not refunded in account..and amount is INR 2010
and transaction was made through debit-card using pay U portal...i got one mail having reference id and transaction id
then i inquiry at bank that both id was meaning less...

I ordered Makita HP457DWE 18V 13mm Cordless Hammer Drill from www.urjakart.com on September 28, 2016 and made full advance payment.
According to my order page on their site it was supposed to be shipped in 3 to 5 working days (see attached jpg).
I wrote (to a generic email address [protected]@urjakart.com) on October 2, 2016 to someone named Vikram (who repeatedly sent me mails about the order he had no idea I had already placed) when I received no intimation about my order after six days passed.
Some other guy names Akshay Rana wrote me back the next day, October 3, (and I quote his email): "So sorry Suhag, marking urgency to support team to expedite your order."
Today is October 10 and I still have get any confirmation about my order.
The phone number they provided leads to an automated answering system which keeps playing music for 30-40 seconds (at the callers cost!) after providing option to press this or that number and hangs up after sending a generic text message to "get back to you soon."

My order no. is[protected] which I place on September, 2016 and have to cancel it because they were delaying a lot in processing it. Now they are not refunding my amount and making false statement every time.

URJAKART is a FRAUDD COMPANY, they are not refunding my Money now! Don’t get into the trap of low price lucrative offers, they are CHEATERS.

Order no[protected], order on 9 th September, after confirming availability of product with Mr. ravi (executive ) on phone i ordered and paid money with confirmation of dispatching within a 2 to 3 days, but till date they haven't shipped . so many times call to customer care but they can not provide when they will ship.customer care people never feed backed real story, feeling that this is a cheat company, company owner or any senior executive are never available to resolve this issue, every time they provide new date that they will ship on that day but always fail, I tried to contact Mr ravi regarding that but fail

I had placed order for two 2HP water pumps on www.urjakart.com and made the full payment as they didn't had COD option.

I had placed the order on 1st sept 2016. My order id is #[protected]. They didn't send the product, so I asked them to cancel the order on 8th sept 2016 and return my money. It's been 10 days, they have not returned my money and they are not responding to my emails or my calls.

I had purchased syska led strip lights and adaptors on the tenth of october and made full payment the same day. I have not yet received the order. The response on the call centre site is that they will get back after some time because "the concerned person is not here". When they do contact they keep pushing back the date by 4 to 5 days every time. It got so bad that i cancelled the order today. God alone knows when i will get a refund of my money.

Hi my self Chandrashekhar I order one soldron micro soldering iron they send the product but when I open and switch on its not working after I send mail to urjakart several time for replacement they didn't response and also called they didn't pick the call this is very bad and very worst online shopping, please help me and solve the problem sir (this is my urjakart order number[protected]
