Outside drinking water was not allowed inside the hall

1. Debit card was not accepted for drinking water bottle purchase without any convincing reason

2. When cash bought after sometime, the counter told to be closed even the movie show was going on

There was not any signage / instructions of working hours displayed / told

Date and time of incident: 05th aug 2019 around 2315hrs...

Here at ghandhinagar city pulse thator fewboys after interval sit at higher premiere scale premise from thier gold scale premise. Then why should we also pay higher if after interval all scale sit are sam. why we pay if anybody can sit everywhere after Interval. I would like say that plz keep strick action about this. pool lz provide as much as well service to customer. Right now too ridiculus service proding by this theator....

I called for asking the show timings and ticket price in city pulse,Gandhinagar . I asked just once and the person on the other side of the call started shouting and was not talking in a well mannered way. Kindly do the needful to avoid such incidents with some other peoples in future....
