Fan purchased from Amazon on 6.6.20 for Rs 11503
Folllwing complaints are my mail to usha care for product defect and service.
7.6.20 Remote did not work
18.6.20 Complain of not working
14 Th Jun 2021. Fan swing did not work
20th jun 2021. Reiterated the complaint
22nd Jun Reiterated the complaint.
23RD JUN FAN STOPPED TOTALLY.
24. Th Mechanic attended.COULD NOT RECTIFYHE DID KNOW THIS MODEL WORKINGASSURED AFTER CONTACTING HIS SENIORS HE WOULD REVERT.HE DID NOT< NOR ANY ONE FROM USHA.
25th Jun Reiterated complaint.
6th July Reminded.
14 th July Reminded.
PRESENT STATUS -EXPENSIVE FAN IS NOT WOTKING.
Beauty of customer care is no response except automated mail .
Never seen such a hopeless service. Within one year the product collapsed, now WE ARE WITHOUT FAN INN THIS SUMMER.
Want full refund immediately, as credibility of company service is doubtful.
