I bought a Usha crisp air premia BV (150 mm sweep size 8 inch duct size exhaust fan (white) B0092BD4SU...products sr no. [protected] ) from amazon online 29th may 2020.
But the fan got worse in the middle week of March 2021. March 29, 2021, I complain to usha customer care, April 1, 2021 Technician arrives he puts a label on the fan and says that the fan will be exchanged (motor problem) by going to the nearest usha show room.
But when they go to the showroom ten days later, they tell me that they don't have this exhaust fan and can't be exchanged since I bought the fan online and they tell me that everything sold online is an old model because the showroom has a fan of all the new models.
But when I bought the fan online, it was guaranteed. So what does that warranty mean? If I don't get any service or exchange from him.
For the last 3 months I have not been able to solve any problem from usha customer care or usha showroom.
I hope you will solve this problem of mine soon.
