I purchased the usha water heater model no. Wh en 1115 plastic body in october 2018. Due to not working, i have registered a complaint on 02.08.2019 and the complaint no.128348 based on the complaint the service engineer visited my home and checked the water heater on 03.08.2019. The service engineer intimated that the water heater is leakage is there hence, he has suggested replacing the same due to manufacturing defect. Thereafter, customer care has given fresh complaint no.1128604, dated 5.8.2019. On the same day, i have intimated to customer care for replacement. Till now no replacement has been done now i request to customer care to look into the matter and settle the issue at the earliest. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Thanks & regards p. R.
