Purchased on 26 july 2018, the process indicator light stopped working. A complaint to this effect was raised telephonically and it was promised that the technician will be attending the complaint within 72 hrs which is also a huge time promised by the company. Anyways till date there has been no response from the service center. The complaint was raised on 21 november 2018. I regret buying an usha shriram product.
