this is the mail regarding the poor service provided by UTAXI my name is AKHIL ADLAKHA and i have booked a TAXI on tuesday 6th oct 2015 at 15:00 hrs, the taxi should reach to my place at 16:45 sharp but it was 30 mins late due to which i missed my flight at 19:55 as i reached to the airport 25 mins before its departure. In a hurry the driver (MR.JAMEEL PASHA, phone number:[protected]) demanded 750 rupees more from me.i already paid utaxi 565.25 rupees through online payment.(PAYMENT ID:MOJO5a06000J65420568 VIA www.instamojo.com) it also cost me 5149 rupees more as i had to get another flight for the same day. 30 mins of delay had caused me so much of money.being a student i cannot afford losing so much of money at the same time.This is totally UTAXI fault.HAD BEEN THE TAXI ON TIME I COULD HAVE SAVED MY 5900 RUPEES. i have all the proofs (my boarding pass, my flight cancellation receipts, utaxi messages and driver information).i need my money back from utaxi.please help me. thank you Was this information helpful? | |||||
