Uti Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited — Pan card not received and company support center staff is not cooperative

I have applied for pan card by UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited on[protected] but i didn't receive my pan card yet. I called to support center also and they told me that my pan card is dispatched on[protected] but my pan card online status is "pancard under process" and i didn't receive my pancard yet.
