[Resolved]  Aquaguard / Aqua Flo — improper installation and faulty equipment and poor service

Dear sir,
1. I had bought a new Aqua guard water purifier (Aqua flo), in the month of jan 2013.
2. Within two days of installation, the machine started giving water with very pungent smell.
3. After repeated complaints, the service personnel come and replaced the inherent block filter with a used block. It was told to me that a new block is being put. (As I enquired about the condition of the block, I was told that these days the new blocks come in that condition only.
4. After this also, the problem could not be fixed.
5. i'd given numerous complaints to service centres, but my problem persists. My complaint no.s are
