Had enrolled for the pgdba + mba dual course through mitsde. And got done with my 4th semester in march 2017. I am able to view all passed subject on adtu website. I was promised a certification from assam downtown university for the mba & pgdba from mitsde. I haven't got the certificate for the mba +pgdba yet, please help me with this situation. On the uts portal my profile shows as course completed. I've paid all the fees, completed all assignments and finished all exams successfully. I have raised many tickets through their support teams and written emails to various support teams of mit, adtu and uts. All they keep saying is that they have forwarded my details to adtu and are waiting for details from them. If i do not receive the certificate for the mba, then this is a case of cheating and fraud. All contacts are not reachable and not responding properly.
The behavior of staffs are not good. They always tell a lie that he will be sending certificate shortly but still not sent by them.

    I enrolled for mba finance +pg dip fin at mitde & jnu jaipur as dual degree program throughuts global in 2013. My id [protected]. I gave my4th semester exam last yeat in 2017and the results published online. I have passed ans i received the pg dip certificate from mitde. But even after these many months i hav3 not rexeiced my 4th semester marklist of ny mba certificate. I am tired of tryinf their contact numbers both uts abd university but no reply at all. I have sent manu mails still no reply. I have paid lot of money as course fee n exam fee. Then i really dont know why they are doing this. At the begininf the student support team was very efficient and then later on became the worst. I really donno how to get my marklist and mba certifcate now. Really worried as am supposed to submit this certificate at my office. I am afraid i might loose my job even. Is there any option to help me. Begging you guys.. Pls..

        Hi my name is hari shankar agnihotri and my student registration no is [protected]
        For b. Sc. It from adtu.
        I have completed my course last year and since then not been able to connect with any support. Written so many mails to different mail address and tried to contact with support lines but no response what so ever.
        Seems uts is not interested in giving any kind of course certificate once last semester is done they block you for ever.
        Please look in to this matter i can see in student account login that all of my subjects are clear then don't know what is the problem in providing certificate and why they are taking almost a year for that.

        Finally received my certificate and mark sheet yesterday (28-07-2018).so i mark my complaint as resolved.
        UTS Global customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        It's been one month since I reported this Complaint but still no response from University.
        I already waisted too much time with this University, I am loosing patience.

            Hi,
            I had a complaint against UST global Kochi HR Kurian Mathew. A very rude behaviour making him unique from others. His words while interview make me to decide not to go UST Kochi.

            Worst, anti employee company. Worst politics. They recruited some street dogs some years ago as managers and have destroyed the good culture the company had years ago.
            New HR team sucks! Lots of people are leaving due to their mismanagement!
            NO WORK LIFE BALANCE!
            ONLY TALKS ABOUT VALUES AND CULTURE. NO SALARY HIKE!
            The managers encourage MASTER-SLAVE relationship and even clients are encouraged to do so with subordinates.
            Employees are mere instruments for the management to make profit,
            In order to prevent career growth of employes they brought out the ACE framework in 2012! This resulted in many employees leaving the company!
            You can get fired if you are hospitalized and force to take sick leaves !!!

              Hello,

              Registration id - [protected]. I have completed my course (Pgd + mba in project management) and need my degree certificates. The faculty said that they will be sending my marksheet via courier. It's almost been a month and i still have not received my marksheets. I am trying to follow up with them via email and phone calls but there is no response from them.

                  I am enrolled in assam down town university for pgdba & mba course & my student id is [protected].
                  I have completed all my subjects & waiting for certificates from assam down town university. After announcement of exam results, i received an email confirmation from adtu support team that i would receive my certificates in 45 days but it is already been more than 2 months since results announced but unfortunately i am still waiting for my certificates. I have been trying to reach them many times via emails & phone calls but not even a single respond from them. Please look into this & advise.

                  Still not received any mail confirmation or phone call. Not sure how more long i need to wait for my certificates.

                  I completed all my assignments & exams last year July itself & results were announced in the month of November 2017. since then i am in followup with these irresponsible folks for my certificates but unfortunately yet to receive.

                  Situation has become like i need to beg for my certificates, moreover there is no use after begging for almost 5 months.

                  I strongly suggest everyone that don't take an admission in this university as this is one of the worst university i have ever seen but unfortunately exists in India.

                  I request govt education officials not to entertain like this kind o[censored]niversities in India as these people are just behind making Money from across country not to support education.

                  Hope all suffered students will come forward & proceed with legal complaints and will have to take this further with media & strongly request govt officials to BAN these universities so that no more students will suffer.

                    I joined Jaipur National University BBA program through UTS global in 2013 and paid all 3 years fees in one installment, which was between Rs.50-60K.

                    My enrollment no is: [protected], and I've completed my exams for all semesters, with final Semester exams concluded in April 2017.

                    So far, I've received only first three Semester Marksheets and missing rest.

                    I've sent them an email at "
                    [protected]@universitysupportservices.co.in" in September 2017, to which they responded with following comments:

                    "Dear Student,

                    The semester wise exams are completed by you in April 2017. The marksheet is under process at JNU. We will receive them by November 2017 from the university and then will be able to dispatch it to you.

                    Regards

                    University Support"

                    Since then I have not heard back from them and now their phone numbers are also not working. I've posted this complain on another forum as well and also to https://punepolice.co.in

                      I have completed my exam mba and pgdm course in june 2016 all fees paid no dues but still certificate not received website is not working no reply to mails and contact number are also not working.
                      What should i do need to take leagal action immediately. Since last six months i am taking follow up now they have stopped responding to mails.
                      My mail are rejected and unable to deliver is this mit institute such a big name but it's all fraud.

                          I have been following up with uts/adtu support guys for many days. There is no response from them and i tried contacting them but it's of no use. All their numbers are invalid. I need to apply for one backlog paper.

                            I nilesh konde have taken admission in pgd+mba dual course program from mit+jnu, (Mit school of distance education, pune + jaipur national university) through their technology partner uts (University training solutions) in 2015, it's an online 2 years degree program, offered by these institute. I have paid the total fees rs.58000/- for the full course. Their online counselor says the university is recognized by the ugc and aicte, 3rd sem its results is not declare yet after passing 3 months, i send mail so many time to uts support team but no response. Their site is also not opening form last 3 months, i tried to call on helpline numbers but nobody is picking the phone. Now i am suspicious are these universities are fake?

                              I want to say, Universal training solution (pune) is total fraud and not recognize institute. I'm complete the course of MBA(it) in Jaipur National University though UTS, pune. I have to payed my all EMI in 55000INR And complete the course in august 2016 and my all semester mark sheet received but I haven't receive my degree certificate past 1 year. I want to many time contact o[censored]niversity support executive but always told me your degree certificate under process . and then lot many time send email but always reply under process.

                                    My student id is [protected]. I am doing distance mba from 2013 and my 2 subjects of semester 3 and all subjects of semester 4 is balance in my course. I wanted to appear in dec2017 exams but as the websites are not working i could not fill the form. I tried all support phone numbers but nobody is lifting the phone. I sent several mails to support executive but there is no reply. Today also i tried support phone numbers but no reply. I want to continue my studies. Please advise how it can be done.

                                        My id [protected], i have paid rs.44000 to uts online and enrolled into mba, i have written the exams even when i was pregnant, i have completed all my 4 semesters, yet to receive the certificates, can't believe the university is fraud. Instead of repeated reminders through emails, there is no response, no phone calls are answered, few numbers doesn't work. I want my certificates. I paid the complete amount at once, i don't know who to approach, website disappeared. Can't believe that i enrolled myself into fraud university for my career, please help email me @ vijaya.
