Uts — R wallet recharge failed, but no refund.

I recharged the R wallet, on 6 October 2025 (Transaction id[protected]/IRCTC) through UPI payment for ₹2000.00, the amount got deducted from my account, but the wallet is still showing as recharge initiated after 24 hours. My UTS user ID is 83xxxx4920
