I have recharged my UTS R-wallet with Rs.100on 27th April 2022 but till date its not added in my R-wallet. Money deducted from my account but wallet is not recharged. Please look into this ASAP and at least recharge my wallet or refund my money.

While booking quarterly season ticket, Rs 1361.62 was deducted from my account but season ticket was not generated and not even reflecting in transaction history and its not showing in booked ticket as well.

I want transaction details about RWallet money spend
I recharged Wallet o[censored]TS with Rs.200 on 08/02/2020. In lockdown period I never buy any ticket. But before lockdown period I don't remember if I bought any tickets. Now after a long time when I open the UTS app there shown only Rs.10/- in wallet. I want the transaction history in full details.

unable to re-open surrendered uts mobile wallet

Dear Sir,
I have closed my UTS mobile wallet in the year of 2014 or 2015 from Bandel Station & get back my wallet balance amount.
But, Now I need to Re-open my UTS mobile wallet to access mobile ticketing.
I visited many times to Bandel Station and Howrah Station for Re-open UTS surrendered wallet. Because, I have not change my old mobile number till now. But, ticket booking officer told me that it is not possible to Re-open. You can get new mobile number and install the UTS mobile app.
But, It is not possible for me. Because my mobile use for home & office purpose.
Pls. Help...

amount not credited sent through paytm on 11-03-2020 at 12.46 pm
My name is K KRANTI KISHOR. I decided to take train tickets through IRCTC UTS APP.But my R-wallet had not enough money.So I tried to credit amount in it through paytm with my bank account number.But the Amount was not credited which is sent through paytm.I phoned paytm customer care and they said the amount has been sent by them checking their details. My amount of 200 rupees debited from my bank account but not credited in R WALLET. My UPI Reference ID[protected] done on[protected] at 12.46 pm.Please see that my amount should be returned to me into my R-WALLET.

I wanted to renew my mst ticket from uts app i proceeded for the same from sbi net banking it showed successful but when i checked in uts account the balance was not received. I also checked my sbi account the amount has been dedicated from sbi account. Now the issue remains the same. Pls help me to get the problem resolved. 510.62 rupees has been deducted.

Through uts i wanted to book mst ticket from raipur to rajnandgaon. I proceeded to recharge my uts account using net banking, the amount deducted from my bank account but not came in my uts account. r wallet not recharged

I was recharging my r wallet through google pay, the amount 400 rupees has been deducted from my account but the r wallet is not recharged.
The r wallet has not been recharged the current balance in uts shows 85 rupees which was before this recharge

uts app error... tc charged rs 315 fine
Hi
My registered mobile number [protected] is giving error to login with my registered handset. But i have not changed my handset there is some problem in your database.
Due to this i was also charged penalty by tc as tc was were rude, abusive and harsh and not willing to listen anything.
Attached is my pancard and penalty receipt and uts app error screenshot.

I booked a quarterly season pass under booking id 967 from Vittalwadi to Airoli. Initially I was able to see the ticket later on the app was reset and the ticket was gone missing... I tried to sync the application but to vain..

I'm surojit nag, my uts user id is [protected]. Today i was trying to buy ticket from uts app three times & one time recharge my r-wallet. But my money was deducted but no tickets were given.1st i was trying at 10:52 a. M, 2nd i was trying at 10:54 a. M, 3rd i was trying to recharge my r-wallet at 11:02 a. M, 4th trying at 1:52 p. M. To recharge my UTS rWallet, I paid via Google pay via paytm pathway Rs 200, the status shown was "paid " .But in the UTS app my rWallet was not recharged. This happened on 28/12/19, 10.03am.

I have booked a monthly seasonal ticket through uts platform in chennai suburban local train from ptms to guindy on 02 october 2019. I have paid the requisite amount of rs 184/- (Rs one hundred eighty four only) to indian railway through my canara bank account vide transaction no[protected] dated 02/10/19. season ticket cancellation

Dear UTS,
I have took season ticket for superfast train for 1 month which costs 750 INR from RPAR to UMB ambala
When i went to traveller TT and railway staff said it is not valid for super fast trains.
If it is not valid then why there is option for superfast, it is totally unuseable for me i am travelling with reserved ticket .
I want cancellation of this ticket and want my money refund back..

I have renewed my monthly pass on 3rd April 2019 my money was deducted two times the first transaction was failed and was told me that money will be refunded in seven working days still I have not received my amount back in my account its been more than ten days.
What type of services are been provided by the Indian Railway
As the helpline, no which is provided never works or always been busy
Calls do not get connected any time worst app I have ever used.

I booked a ticket from Bally to howrah junction on 11 Feb 2019 at 4.03 pm but unfortunately my payment of RS 5 was sucessful but I don't know why the ticket had not booked or not showing I don't understand the matter so I have to take another ticket offline from the ticket counter so kindly I want my money payment of rupee 5 to be refund and need to know what was the problem with the payment..

I used my debit card for recharging rs.200/- in r wallet o[censored]ts mobile app (Under irctc). But at first attempt money is not credited to my r wallet. So, i had to recharge again. Later bank statement shows money debited once but recharge not done yet. Money debitted from bank account once but it is not credited in r wallet for one transaction. Uts app registed mobile number [protected].
Kindly do the needful.

On october 3rd i tried to book a season ticket on that app. But due to some technical issues, the payment went through but the ticket still didn't get booked. I contacted them and they told me payment will be refunded in 15 days. After 15 days it still was not refunded, and i sent them an email informing the same. They said they escalated the issue to their higher-ups. However it's been 25 days now and no response. They won't respond back to my email.

transaction successful but quarterly train ticket not booked
Dear sir, i was trying to renew my quarterly train ticket using uts mobile app on 06/03/2018. I paid rs.497.5 to vpa [protected]@icici from my pnb account via upi system, phonepe. Transaction was successful but unfortunately my ticket booking was not confirmed. I raised the issue to phonepe. They asked me to wait till 13/03/2017. Today phonepe resolved my issue and informed me that the amount rs.497.5 was successfully transferred to the above mentioned vpa.in support of my claim i'm attaching here some screen shots. I had a half yearly season ticket between Konnagar and Howrah from 15.3.20 to 14.9.20 through UTS. My ticket have not taken revalidate at your system at Konnagar station. System shows " No valid season ticket found for extension".After making the ticket I had also changed my handset.
A lot of compliments lodge on railmadad and [protected]@gmail.com. But no response.
Please look into the matter as if I can get my extended ticket at the earliest.
