Hi,
I have a made a payment for quarterly pass from borivali to andheri in[protected] in uts app through debit card, the amount rs 368 got deducted however my ticket was not booked, request you to look into this matter as soon as possible as i am facing difficulty in reaching to the uts customer care service. I am adding some other info in attachment

    Dear Team,
    I received an update from paytm
    Request you help to credit the amount to my UTS WALLET urgently.

    I recharged my UTS WALLET WITH 100 RS. (7dec2019) unfortunately this amount has not yet been credited to my UTS WALLET.

    Will you please urgently look into this.

      I'm surojit nag, my uts user id is [protected]. Today i was trying to buy ticket from uts app three times & one time recharge my r-wallet. But my money was deducted but no tickets were given.1st i was trying at 10:52 a. M, 2nd i was trying at 10:54 a. M, 3rd i was trying to recharge my r-wallet at 11:02 a. M, 4th trying at 1:52 p. M. All others information is given in the form screenshots. Kindly take a step.

      To recharge my UTS rWallet, I paid via Google pay via paytm pathway Rs 200, the status shown was "paid " .But in the UTS app my rWallet was not recharged. This happened on 28/12/19, 10.03am.

        I have booked a monthly seasonal ticket through uts platform in chennai suburban local train from ptms to guindy on 02 october 2019. I have paid the requisite amount of rs 184/- (Rs one hundred eighty four only) to indian railway through my canara bank account vide transaction no[protected] dated 02/10/19. However the monthly seasonal ticket was not generated through uts. Kindly reimburse the amount immediately. Thanks

          Dear UTS,
          I have took season ticket for superfast train for 1 month which costs 750 INR from RPAR to UMB ambala
          When i went to traveller TT and railway staff said it is not valid for super fast trains.
          If it is not valid then why there is option for superfast, it is totally unuseable for me i am travelling with reserved ticket .
          I want cancellation of this ticket and want my money refund back..

          I habe got answer pls contact north region.
          What does NER means.

          I have recharge the R-Wallet on 15/01/2020 for Rs. 300/- but the amount not credited in my wallet and same amount debited in my bank account. ( Message screen shot enclosed)

            I have a uts account, longing id is[protected], today i recharge my monthly ticket, balance deduction from bank account but monthly ticket not renewed.
            My deducted amount is 184.07. How i travel without railway ticket?
            Please refund security money or renewed my monthly ticket asap.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I have renewed my monthly pass on 3rd April 2019 my money was deducted two times the first transaction was failed and was told me that money will be refunded in seven working days still I have not received my amount back in my account its been more than ten days.

                What type of services are been provided by the Indian Railway

                As the helpline, no which is provided never works or always been busy

                Calls do not get connected any time worst app I have ever used.
                Sir pls uts mobile app this range high doing but my mobile to tkt to urgently tkt uts sir pls high range and gps login ID [protected]

                  I tried book season pass ticket ( one month) through UTS app from sonipat-snp to okhla on dated 5-3-2019 and amount of Rs. 270/- is deducted from my account but season ticket is not issued.

                    I booked a ticket from Bally to howrah junction on 11 Feb 2019 at 4.03 pm but unfortunately my payment of RS 5 was sucessful but I don't know why the ticket had not booked or not showing I don't understand the matter so I have to take another ticket offline from the ticket counter so kindly I want my money payment of rupee 5 to be refund and need to know what was the problem with the payment..
