Account details. Username - nik020 Mobile no. [protected] I have booked 4 tickets for anand vihar to alambagh via sandila ac 3×2 bus service. Amount was deducted from my account but no ticket is booked. My upsrtc account shows no ticket as booked. I booked ticket from anand vihar to etah for amount rs. 1312.00. Please refund my money back. Either send me ticket details as soon as possible for tickets dated 04.11.2018 Seats booked were 35, 36, 40 and 41. Refund my amount to the bank please. The bank statement clearly mentions that amount had been transferred to upsrtc account. I'm attaching the screenshot of the bank statement too for your assistance. Kindly refund my money back. I have booked ticket from Ballia to Lucknow, i have tried two time and two time amount deduct rs-1476 and 1476 but ticket not showing in my booking history, i request you please cancel one ticket and send me one ticket or refund my amount for both the ticket, i have tried to call customer care many time but no luck to touch with CC.

I have booked 2 tickets for Haldwani to Anand Vihar.
Amount was deducted from my account but no ticket is booked. My upsrtc account shows no ticket as booked. My Tickets amount Rs. 1026.00.
Please refund my money back.
