I am booked ticket in upsrtc by online sitapur to kausambi but upsrtc message forward at 08:30 pm trip cancelled but my refund not transferred in my account till time its second time suffer this problem & no one respond on mail or call not picked any one please look it. Ticket detail also mention for your reference.

I am waiting for last 10 days, and many times call and mail to refund department but no response.

I have checked balance online of my smart card but now i am not able to checked. I have already called to customer care but there were no reply, and i also go isbt bus stand agra but still there were no reply. When i recharged my card 1000 rs i get a balance 1200 or 200 some thing balance already in my card but when i buy ticket the amount shows less than 1400. So i want to check my balance online. I have faced some issue previously but when i checked online my journey the detail has same when i get. I take print out and go bus station the clerk realize your fault and return my remaining balance. May be there were some issue again. Kindly resolve me issue as soon as possible.

Dear sir, this is inform you that i have rs. 1901/- balance in my smart card issued by upsrtc. On 12.10.2018 i board a bus from hathras to aligarh i bought a ticket of rs. 35.00 and the same has been deducted from my smart card and the balance of rs. 1866/- is shown on my bus ticket (As enclosed) i again board a bus from sasni to aligarh i bought a ticket of rs 27/- but when i see balance on the ticket it is only rs. 511.00/-. My bus was cancelled by the upsrtc due to some techincal problem.
No alternate bus was provided and we were stranded of our own.

I have booked a ticket from dehradun to sitapur through ac volvo bus service through my registered email id.
Amount was deducted from my account but no ticket is booked. My upsrtc account shows no ticket as booked.
Again, i have tried but the same problem was faced.
My amount was deducted for four times.
1369.00 rs. Was deducted every time.
Total amount deducted 1369.00 x 4 = 5476.00

At last, i have tried to book the ticket with unregistered email id (Saurabh. Shukla. [protected]@gmail.com).
But, again the amount (Rs. 1369.00) was deducted and ticket was not booked.

Hence, the total amount to be refunded is rs. 5476 + rs. 1369.00 = rs. 6845

Please refund my money back.

Refund my amount to the my credit card please.

The deduction sms sent to me clearly mentions that amount has been transferred to upsrtc account.

Sir.
I booked 2 tickets from dehradun to lucknow from the main website o[censored]psrtc. The bus super luxury bus and the amount of tickets was 1500 each that is 3000. My tickets didn't booked nd transaction got failed at the last moment and money got deducted from my account.
Please solve this issue nd refund me back the amount. As as possible.
I tried calling the helpline numbers but they weren't responsive nd sometimes there no was busy. They are for our help not for ignoring our calls

Bus number up 32bn 7812 has been noticed driving extremely rash on the noida-greater noida expressway, twice. The bus driver was busy making dangerous cuts and honking unnecessarily all the way. It is an expressway with no car less than 80-90 kmph. Driving in the rightmost lane and making close cuts is not the right thing to do, especially for a bus or truck! Please look into the matter considering the safety of the regular commuters.

On 21/10/2018 I booked ticket from UPSRTC site to Travel from Gorakhpur to Kanpur. When I tried booking the Ticket was not booked but Money was deducted from my account(I attached screenshot).
I tried there helpline number and mail but none of the response is coming. I thereby request you to help me about that issue please.

I booked a ticket on upsrtconline.co.in from kaushambi to bareilly satelite on 5th october 2018. The bus service was cancelled when i reached the bus depot. I had to take another bus and was told that the ticket amount of rs 934 would be refunded. The refund amount has not come to my account. The details of the ticket attached are below:

Mere complained MST card banwane ke liye hai. MST card banwane ke liye jab counter per jate hai to MST banane wala kahta hai ki "isme mero ko kya fayda " . Main ek student hu our mere pass itna samay nahi hai ki mi inka fayda kra sakun aap se vinmra nivedan ki in per sakt se sakt karywahi kare aap ki mahan krapa hogi

I booked a ticket from kaushambi to bareilly on1/8/2018 and the bus got cancelled but till now no refund is done and nobody register register the complaintd is done and nobody is telling where to complaint and all none of the numbers of customer care are recieved by them. Even i called and emailed the rm bareilly he toldme that he will see the matter its even 10 days now i have called the rm but no actions are tacken by him and now they dont recieve the phone. My pnr no is blys[protected].

I applied for smart card o[censored]psrtc and paid on 04/02/2018 since then about 8 months passed but status is showing not printed yet when i made enquiry in bulandshahr depot they don't help me trimax no. Bsrbs[protected] please look out on this to keep faith on up govt among citizens...
On bulandshahr depot they asked me to complaint on trimaxsmardcard email i'd and when i do that they didn't replied me...
Honestly saying very very disappointing experience with upset regard this.

Jiski Shikayat Mene us vibhag ke lagbhag sabhi adhikariyo se ki but koi response nhi Mila. Atha aap se request he ki uchit karyavahi kr logo ki samasyao Ka samadhan kre.

I booked a ticket on upsrtc but ticket was not generated due to discrepancy in the upsrtc system and transaction got failed but the amount rs. 944 was deducted from my bank account as per enclosed bank statement and credited to upsrtc account. After that, i booked another ticket which was successful. Kindly resolve the issue with previous transaction of rs. 944 on 11 sep 2018 and refund money to my bank account.

No customer care o[censored]psrtc is picking up my call. What is the use if they can't provide any solution. Suspend the whole team. I had a discussion to employee shivani named from lucknow office and she was unable to give any solution or status update on my refund, instead she told me to write an applcation and give it to office. Means for my money i have to run here and there and beg for it from upsrtc.

Kindly resolve it asap and share the updated status for this refund.
