With due respect I beg to say that I tried to book a ticket on UPSRTC but the ticket was not generated due to discrepancy in the upsrtc system and transaction got failed but the amount Rs. 408.84 was deducted from my credit card as per enclosed bank statement and credit into upsrtc account . After that, I booked a ticket again and then it was successful. Please resolve the issue with my previous transaction of Rs. 408.84 on 1st July 2018 and refund my money and revert to my credit card.

on dt.25.07.18, 14.08.18, 20.08.18, Online complaint no. GUORM00059528, 22.08.18, 27.08.18, 28.08.18, 29.08.18, 31.08.18, 01.09.18, Consumer Complaints update ID: 2064231 Email reply dt. 01.09.18 and What’s app to upsrtc regional service manager shri. Jaideep verma no. 9415049606 but neither refund amount Rs.408.84 nor any reply is a matter of great shameful.
You are therefore requested to please take strong action against the official at fault.
