Sir,
On 21/10/2018 I booked ticket from UPSRTC site to Travel from Gorakhpur to Kanpur. When I tried booking the Ticket was not booked but Money was deducted from my account(I attached screenshot).
I tried there helpline number and mail but none of the response is coming. I thereby request you to help me about that issue please.

    I booked a ticket on upsrtconline.co.in from kaushambi to bareilly satelite on 5th october 2018. The bus service was cancelled when i reached the bus depot. I had to take another bus and was told that the ticket amount of rs 934 would be refunded. The refund amount has not come to my account. The details of the ticket attached are below:

      Amount was deducted from my account but no ticket is booked. My upsrtc account shows no ticket as booked. I booked ticket from anand vihar to etah for amount rs. 1312.00.
      Please refund my money back.

      Seats booked were 35, 36, 40 and 41.
      Refund my amount to the bank please. The bank statement clearly mentions that amount had been transferred to upsrtc account.

      Amount was deducted from my account but no ticket is booked. My upsrtc account shows no ticket as booked. My Tickets amount Rs. 1026.00.
      Please refund my money back.

      Refund my amount to the bank please. The bank statement clearly mentions that amount had been transferred to upsrtc account.

            I booked a ticket from kaushambi to bareilly on1/8/2018 and the bus got cancelled but till now no refund is done and nobody register register the complaintd is done and nobody is telling where to complaint and all none of the numbers of customer care are recieved by them. Even i called and emailed the rm bareilly he toldme that he will see the matter its even 10 days now i have called the rm but no actions are tacken by him and now they dont recieve the phone. My pnr no is blys[protected].

              I applied for smart card of upsrtc and paid on 04/02/2018 since then about 8 months passed but status is showing not printed yet when i made enquiry in bulandshahr depot they don't help me trimax no. Bsrbs[protected] please look out on this to keep faith on up govt among citizens...
              On bulandshahr depot they asked me to complaint on trimaxsmardcard email i'd and when i do that they didn't replied me...
              Honestly saying very very disappointing experience with upset regard this.

                  I booked a ticket on upsrtc but ticket was not generated due to discrepancy in the upsrtc system and transaction got failed but the amount rs. 944 was deducted from my bank account as per enclosed bank statement and credited to upsrtc account. After that, i booked another ticket which was successful. Kindly resolve the issue with previous transaction of rs. 944 on 11 sep 2018 and refund money to my bank account.

                  With due respect i beg to say that i tried to book a ticket on upsrtc but the ticket was not generated due to discrepancy in the upsrtc system and transaction got failed but the amount rs. 408.84 was deducted from my credit card as per enclosed bank statement and credit into upsrtc account. After that, i booked a ticket again and then it was successful. Please resolve the issue with my previous transaction of rs. 408.84 on 1st july 2018 and refund my money and revert to my credit card.

                    I booked ticket from Delhi to Lucknow pnr no.XALM[protected].
                    But when I am logging the account, it's saying activation details will come on mail, but no messages are coming.
                    Please cancel my ticket n refund my amount.
                    Also none of customer care number is operational.please make the number operational and refund my money.

                      I canceled my bus ticket (Haridwar to delhi) on 9th aug 2018. But still, i have not received the refund for this cancelation. I have already sent email on online. [protected]@upsrtc.com but have not received any response yet. Also, no one picks the call on their helpline number.

Now, 04 days have been passed since the amount was deducted. Would request you to please do the needful and refund my money back into my account.

                          First you need to call and follow up with UPSRTC customer care 18001802877, 8756888110 (Please use landline phone) email id [email protected] and take a number of any senior person of UPSRTC from them and frequently call him until your problem sorted out. Definitely, he will help you till last. Please remember one thing, don't forget to mention the payment gateway ...UPSRTC has two gateways i.HDFC payment gateway ii. Atom payment gateway Note: Always use HDFC payment gateway and please don't try to book your tickets from guest mode. It's better to book your tickets from counter not online.

Even, I went to Alambagh Bus Station in order to get the information, they told me no such ticket booked for the above passengers on 19 July 2018 at 12:49:59 PM and if there was amount deduction happened through online then money will suppose to be credited into your account soon.Now, 04 days have been passed since the amount was deducted. Would request you to please do the needful and refund my money back into my account.

I think by delaying the issue they want to plunder the money.

                          Such a pathetic services they provide to their customers. I urge to all consumers, Please be cautious while booking the tickets through online because once your money deducted then you'll have to do the follow up with them for a long.

                            I was travelling from modinagar to roorkee with luggage of 15 kg with all bills as it was hub motor with tire for college project but conductor charged me 250 India rupees extra for luggage and gave ticket as well I think he added extra weight so that ticket gets expensive.
                            And we cannot arrgument with conductor because if we do says to get down. So kindly solve this problem. Put fair chart in buses for luggage so no one gets robbed by these cheap class conductors.

                                I want a refund as i was unable to take bus due to some work.I booked an ac shatabdi bus ticket from dehradun to moradabad which costed me around 416rs. I’ve sent mail to upsrtc but they didn’t respond.Very careless and unsupportive behaviour. Im attaching e-ticket for more information.kindly go through this complaint and help me.
                                This is unfair, they cancelled the bus and even doesn't inform the passengers about the cancellation.
                                Not good USRTC.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  It is informed that i have booked a ticket from alambagh to anand vihar on dated 29th june 2018 and travelling date also 29th june 2018.

                                  Passenger name is mr. Vinay gupta, booked as guest user pnr number is anvt[protected], ticket number is 10679294 for the amount of inr 1, 412/-

                                  Bus departs time from alambagh was 22.45 pm on 29.06.18. At the time of bus schedule when passenger reached at alambagh bus stand. Bus was not come after waiting of 1 hrs it has been announced that bus has been accident on dated 28.06.18.

                                  Sir i want to know if bus was get accident so why your department has continue the booking for same bus, it was not repaired. At midnight all passenger get hassle and were return back to their places.

                                  That's a very negligence by your department, it's not good.

                                    I was traveling by a upsrtc bus up76h9138. I started my journey from noida which ends in etah the fare charged is 185 but the charged asked from me was 246 and the ticket given was of delhi to etah. I asked bus conductor for the correction but he said no.
                                    Afterwards passengers from aligarh get on the charge calculated from aligarh to etah is 63 but bus conductor charged rs.73
                                    Please take action against him....
