Hello sir
I was booking ticket on upsrtc site and on payment page i payed through bhim the money was deducted from my account but no ticket was generated and i was forward to home page.
I have called so many times on your complaint numbers but not got any satisfactory response.
I mailed on your complaint id but they said they dont have any information regarding my booking
Following information i have regarding booking
Passenger name: ayush singh
Ticket was booked for lucknow to bareilly in volvo at 21: 02 seat no 35 on 22 oct 2017
Booking number [protected]

Payment was maid through bhim from account [protected]@upi
Paid 770 rupees
Transaction detail as from bank:

Please help me
