[Resolved]  Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation [Upsrtc] — Refund Request

Respected Sir/Ma'am,
I booked the ticket online and when I reached the station at the time of departure the station authority told me the the bus is cancelled. And when I ask them about the refund they told me the amount will be refunded to my bank account automatically. I think they fooled me.Please help me and return my money as soon as possible. Already sent the email to online.[protected]@upsrtc.com regarding the refund on 27th June 2016, I have not received any reply till date.
