I was booking the ticket from Delhi to bareilly on 3rd may, 2019, While doing the payment choosed UPI option, I approved the payment and it is deducted from my account, but the UPSRTC website it's keep on waiting for response and suddenly got expired and my ticket not booked.

I have booked three tickets for anand vihar Delhi to haldwani via upsrtc online ac 2*2 mount was deducted but tickets not confirmed ki dly refund my money
Details are
transaction details that include, P1904142013110200075659 and the date and time of the payment done along with the UTR. Date 14th April 2019
