    I booked ticket from azamgarh to lucknow from upsrtconline.com website ticket was booked for Rs 802 in awadh depot my father sat in the bus available of awadh depot 3*2 ac at 10:30 pm as mentioned in the ticket but conductor refused to accept e ticket he said he doesn't accept the same. How is that possible??
    Their toll free and other numbers are not working!!
    Enquiry office also don't cooperate at azamgarh!!
    As there was a medical condition with my grandpa so father needed to pay the money but e ticket which I booked got wasted!!
    Pls initiate refund!!
    And take necessary action.

      Sir, i'm in a bus (Up 84 t 7257) whose conductor refused to provide me the ticket by saying, "ticket machine is not working" and when i forced him to provide me the ticket than he gave me the ticket which i have posted you, which show's that this ticket can charge rs.11 to rs.30 only. But i gave him the full fare from lal kuan (Ghaziabad) to chhibramau (209721) as conductor requested for. (Rs.343).
      I'm requesting you to take an immediate action against this corrupt conductor and go deep into the matter.
      (I have started my journey from lal kuan (Ghaziabad) at 9:55 pm on tuesday, june 4, 2019 and heading towards my destination (Chhibramau, 209721 via nh 34)

        I have booked a ticket in AC Shatabdi sleeper.

        Journey from Alambag to Gorakhpur
        Shatabdi sleeper bus :Seat 21

        The bus started from Alambag Bus station timely but after 20 minutes of journey it was cancelled as there was technical fault.
        The conductor refunded the ticket amount those who have purchased in the bus .But those who have made online booking, he said will get refund, but still no sms regarding that has been sent by UPSRTC.
        I tried calling customer care but everytime it is saying busy.

        Please refund the money .

            Dear sir/madam

            I have a open ended card o[censored]psrtc. I traveled on 28/05/2019, in the evening after taking rs 44 ticket there was balance of rs 1569 in my card but on next day morning 29/05/2019 after taking 44rs ticket there was balance of rs 416. There is difference of rs 1153. Please find the attachment of both tickets of travelling in hapur depot bus. Please return my differed balance asap.

              With due respect i beg to say that i tried to book a ticket on upsrtc but the ticket was not generated due to discrepancy in the upsrtc system and transaction got failed but the amount rs. 694 was deducted from my debit card as per enclosed bank statement and credit into upsrtc account. After that, i booked a ticket again and then it was successful. Please resolve the issue with my previous transaction of rs. 694 on 11/05/2019 and refund my money and revert to my debit card.

                I have booked two tickets on 16/5/2019 from sitapur to meerut but my money got deducted and i did not get any confirmation text from upsrtc about my booked tickets and tickets are not booked. I want my money back as soon as possible! And also the pnr numbwe i received is showing someone else name on the ticket and the date on the ticket is of 2014 year! Kindly help me with this issue

                  Dear team,

                  Today at around 07:10 am bus going towards lucknow (4315 kaisarbagh depot) has not stopped at rahimabad station even seats were available, this is becoming daily practice and we face many issues due to that. This is not a complaint from one person this is on behalf of all the passengers travelling from rahimabad.

                  Due to this unprofessional behavior we always late to reach office and many more difficulties.

                      I am himanshu dubey. I had an online reservation on 20 april 2019 from prayagraj (Allahabad) to delhi at 3.45 pm in 3*2 ac seater upsrtc bus.
                      Departure station was allahabad but bus was not at prayagraj (Allahabad) bus station and i was informed by inquiry counter that bus has been cancelled, i did not receive any message regarding bus cancellation and i have payed 1077 rs online through upsrtconline.co.in and i have ticket also, please refund my money as soon as possible

                        I was booking a ticket in kaushambi depo from anand vihar to lucknow on date 15/04/2019 but the seat was not booked but the money was deducted from my account. I did not get any sms or email. I booked ticket as guest member and i did not get the refund till now.
                        For your reference i have attached the screenshot of my gpay account statement.

                          I booked two bus ticket using upsrtconline.com website and my ticket pnr number is gola[protected] & ticket no. 12379052, seat no 5, 6 but the bus didn't come to the bus depot. We asked to inquiry department where is bus doesn't have any information about the bus (Bus number etc) no one call me and inform me that bus is late or cancelled. As per inquiry department no record, we send the email to upsrtconline.com& wattsup no. With image but not give any response again give 3 reminder no response received. We trubble for this issue & pay extra money to other bus. We going to with family.
                          Please help us.

                            I am writing this with regards to the bus ticket booking made on 19th march, 2019 from delhi (Dli) to kanpur (Kidwai nagar depot) at 11:00 p. M.ac 3x2.

                            The details of the booking are as follows:

                            The bus was scheduled to arrive at 11:00p. M. At the enquiry counter they kept on saying that the bus is coming in 5-10 minutes. However, the bus didn't arrive until 2:30 a. M. After this time i went home and didn't complete my journey since i was very tired already. I would request you to initiate a refund of inr 1514 for my ticket and also compensate me for the inconvenience.

                                Dear sir/ ma'am,

                                I booked an online ticket from agra isbt to alambagh (Pnr: xalm[protected] was booked on 19th february 2019 at 10:53 a. M. From the official website o[censored]psrtc for the services of janrath was booked. The channel of payment was 'atom payment' as provided by the upsrtc website.
                                At 6:58 p. M. I received a message from upsrtc that the 'trip is canceled'.
                                Thus, i requested them to initiate the refund process and make the refund as soon as possible. But, even after repeated complaints via emails and telephones no refund has been made. It has been more than a month since i made a complaint to the concerned authority.
                                Kindly, look into the matter.

                                  I m complaining about at bus no up78fn5428 kaushambi depot, i was seating from bisauli to pilkhua at 6:00 am, conductor told me that at this bus there is no stoppage at chandausi bus stand so you have to take ticket for pilkhwa that is rs 179/-. But he stopped this bus at chandausi bus stand and pass a new bus od delhi and i tell him to chenge my bus to new bus but he doesn't do this and i told to chandausi bus stand incharge, both are very roundly behavior to me so please clear what can i do. Because of this can't attend my duty on time.

                                    Hi,
                                    I would like to complain about a refund issue where the amount of rs 751 has been deducted from my account. I was booking a bus from lakhimpur to kaushambi, gaziabad and my bank account was debited for rs 751 but the ticket was not confirmed. I just received the amount debited message but not the ticket confirmation. I tried calling on the help line numbers but they was no response so i dropped a mail at the help line mail id online. [protected]@upsrtc.com but it has been more than 24 hours i did not receive any revert yet. Find the attachment of receipt where the amount of rs 751 was debited.
                                    Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible

                                      I booked my bus ticket on 12/03/19 for travel from Anand Vihar to Lucknow 20/03/19, i then on decided to cancel it 18/03/19, i was not able to cancel it through the online portal then i mailed the customer care (Photo is attached ), there was no reply from the customer care, then i called the customer care and messaged them on whatsapp, still nothing happened .
