Hi Team,

My sel[censored]pdesh kumar, I was trying to book a ticket on 4th april 2021 via upsrtc site, after that my money was deducted from my card and ticket not booked. Please refund my amount on the existing card which I made the transaction. I have tried two times, Please find the both reference numbers which are provided by the card bank. Please proceed with my refund.
