Sir,
I request of the applicant that i have passed the state high school examination board first division (70.33%) on 2004.
On receipt of the markssheet and certificate showed it, my birth certificate and the father name is printed incorrectly.

i contacted with Documents in respect of which my own school (Baldev smarak higher secondry scool kharagpur Kanpur) by the Principal on this subject.
he assured me, that he will go to make it right from the board. I had given them all Documents and remained in constant touch with them.
A few years later, he told me that he can not correct your documents and reurn them.
My further studies in accordance with the correct date of birth and the name of the father continued.

I reported in the DIOS Office in Kanpur in 2004-05.
But no action had not yet taken.

Sir, kindly take appropriate action to correct my date of birth and father name.

Would be great.

My correct date of birth is 12/15/1989 which is marked wrong as 12/15/1987 printed

I am Pankaj Kumar Gupta S/o Mr. Gyanendra Gupta. I was take admission in Adarsh Vijendra Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences Gangoh in 2007 batch in B. Pharm 1st year and passed out in 2011. And my roll number is [protected], enrollment number is[protected] and sir I submitted all document`s photocopies and degree fees submitted two round in the college and one round in UPTU (complain no. is[protected] dated 29/04/2016).
But sir till date not getting my final degree. When I meet with concern person, those who are looking all these type of admin work. He says that, it is not printed from university. When I will goes to university, I will collect our degree. But sir, I am getting same answer since five years.
Sir the working of college concern person those who are responsible for these type of admin work are very pathetic and irritating.
Sir I feel very ashamed when some are asked me from which college you completed your B. Pharm that after five you did not get your degree.
Sir these type of irresponsible work, down the graph and prestige of our esteemed organization, sir in between 5 years, I clear many interview, but not able to join any organization. Because at least in document verification round they ask for final degree.
Sir I have full confidence in you that you understand my pain and felling and you look into the matter and do, the need fill and obliged me.

महोदय
निवेदन है कि प्रार्थिनी संध्‍या देवी पुत्री सियाराम ग्राम अन्‍धपुर मजरे लोधौरा थाना अतरौली ब्‍लाक भरावन जिला हरदोई की मूल निवासिनी है। प्रार्थिनी ने इसी वर्ष 2016 मे जनता इन्‍टर कालेज से कक्षा 12 उत्‍तीर्ण किया है। प्रार्थिनी कक्षा 9 से इसी विद्यालय की छात्रा रही है। प्रार्थिनी ने अपने नाम की स्‍पेलिगं Sandhya Shukla तथा पिता के नाम की स्‍पेलिगं Siya Ram लिखायी थी। प्रार्थिनी ने जब हाईस्‍कूल उत्‍तीर्ण किया तो उसकी मार्कसीट पर प्रार्थिनी तथा प्रार्थिनी के पिता के नाम की स्‍पेलिगं गलत लिखकर आयी नाम की स्‍पेलिगं KM Sandhaya Shukla एवं पिता का नाम Shiva Ram Shukla थी। जब प्रार्थिनी ने देखा तो कालेज के प्रेन्सिपल तथा क्‍लास के टीचर दयाशकंर गुप्‍ता से इस बात की शिकायत की। तो उन सब ने यही बात कही कि ठीक है तुम्‍हारा नाम सही करवा देगे। उसके बाद प्रार्थिनी ने कक्षा 11 तथा 12 भी उत्‍तीर्ण कर लिया जब उसे मार्कसीट मिली तो उसमें पिता के नाम की स्‍पेलिगं हाईस्‍कूल की मार्कसीट से भी अलग थी स्‍पेलिगं थी Shiv Ram Shukla प्रार्थिनी ने कालेज के प्रेन्सिपल से फिर कहा कि इसमे पिता के नाम की स्‍पेलिगं गलत है। तो उन्‍होने कहा कि इसमे हम क्‍या करे। प्रार्थिनी ने वहॉ से टी0सी0 कटवायी तो उसमें संन्‍ध्‍या शुक्‍ला की जगह पर सुंध्‍या शुक्‍ला कर दिया गया है। कालेज के प्रेन्सिपल ने न तो हाईस्‍कूल की मार्कसीट मे नाम सही करवाया न ही इन्‍टर की। प्रार्थिनी न तो किसी भी वैकेन्‍सी मे फार्म डाल सकती है। और न कोई अन्‍य काम कर सकती है।
श्रीमान जी कालेज मे ऐसे-2 अध्‍यापक है जिनको बच्‍चो के नाम की स्‍पेलिगं ही नही पता है। और जब विद्यालय मे रजिस्‍ट्रेशन करवाये जाते है तो बच्‍चो से 50रू0 लेकर रजिस्‍ट्रेशन कर दिया है। न तो बच्‍चो से नाम की स्‍पेलिगं कन्‍फर्म की जाती है। और न ही कोई जानकारी दी जाती है। ऐसी दिक्‍कते बहुत से बच्‍चो के डाक्‍यूमेटं मे है। स्‍कूल की लापरवाही की वजह से बहुत से बच्‍चो के भविष्‍य खतरे मे पड रहे है।
अतैव श्रीमान जी विनम्र निवेदन है कि प्रार्थिनी के उपरोक्‍त मामले को गम्‍भीरता से लेते हुए कालेज के प्रेन्सिपल तथा वहॉ के अयापको की जॉच करके प्रार्थिनी के नाम की स्‍पेलिगं सही करवाने की कृपा करे।

Respectfully i beg to say that i karan pratap singh student of electronics and instrumentation engineering 2016 passed out.In the btech[protected] internal marks of as301 update and become of 30/50 after clear internal back. But as after clear the carry paper of subject ec[protected] reduction of marks show previous internal marks of as301 16/50.

Hello sir,

I am praveen kumar tiwari (Roll no - [protected]),[protected] batch of iet lucknow. I have tried to track my degree more than once with the help of my brother and few of my friends (Who live in lucknow). Even after so many attempt, i have never reach to conclusion whether my degree is in iet (My college) or university. Both tried to claim for otherwise option.

I have badly stuck this time with new employer background verification and they want the degree at earliest.

Can you please help me to resolve this deadlock between college and university and guide me to get the degree else i may loose this opportunity.

Meri high school 2009 ki marksheet up board ki hai. Jisme ek subject main marks nahi aaye the. Uske baad college se ek sir ne allahabad se hath ki bani hui marksheet dilayi thi. Uske 1 year baad bi meri original computerized marksheet nahi aayi. Maine phir sir se kaha tha yab unhone bola dios office ya allahabad se pata karo. Main wahan par bi gaya lekin koi jankari nahi mili.
Maine college bi kai bar jakar pata kiya 2012 ;2013;2014 2015 main tab koi jankari nahi mili.
To sir kya aap pata karwa sakte ho ki meri computerized marksheet bani hai ya nahi.

Sir/mam i got only 33 marks in my english first paper in up board intermediate examination 2016 but i am sure that marks will be greater than 45. this is the best paper which was answered by me very good than other paper. My english teacher used to say that i will get good mark but my marks is very below than my friends. due to low marks in this subject i can't reach above 90%
