Pls find below given detail as per my complaint.
Your sr 1-[protected] is registered and assigned to nearest service centre, will be resolved within 48hrs. Pl. Provide the closure code 5211 on resolution.
Inverter battery is only 9 months old. As per ur service engineer replacement of battery but given vt165. He told vt170 discontinued. Please arrange vt170 and above as soon as earliest. I m waiting for ur response. Thank you.

Sir I have bought V guard stabilizer VGSD 50 smart with digital display on 29.06 2018 from Amazon.But it shows op voltage is same as ip voltage on its digital display.say if ip voltage is 213 then op voltage is also 213..why this happening?
