I would like to inform you that I bought this product from the “Sri Siddarood Solar Agency” at Near Gumpa Ring Road Bidar, on date “25/12/2019”. After Installation by your Technician,

Even after Raising So Many Service Request until today no result.

Since the day one, I am complaining for replace my defective product which you had installed at my home, no response, I am not just raising every day complaint to just for some photographer to visit at my home for flashing photos of my solar water heater, and get back to dealers office, at the end of the day I get SMS from V guard company that “service has done successfully”.

I would like to inform you that the local-technician was unable to carry out the any kind of service. Every time your unprofessional technician carries mobile phone only, without any spares and servicing tools kit, All the time your technician visit to our home for service, but He just attach copies of the reports.by taking some excellent bright photos and submit to his dealers, I don’t know what the meaning of this photographs.

I would be grateful if you could send a replacement my solar water heater, I am suffering every day, and I will really appreciate your corporate help.
