Dear Team,

I have bought a V-Guard gas geyser in Bangalore on 5th December and my contact details is +[protected] . The geyser worked for few days and it stopped . I raised a service request and service person came to fix. He didn't even bother to take a look and said to replace the regulator and didn't even wait till we changed it and left asking us to call next day.

Even after changing the gas regulator the geyser never worked and when we called the same technician he never bothered to come, kept telling he will come whenever he wants to come and keeps giving irresponsible response . The SR number is SR 1-[protected].

I have decided to highlight in public about the poor service given by v-guard. Please clarify before i do.

      I purchased an inverter from kurumpelil electronics, pulamon p o, kottarakara, kollam dist., kerala st. On 08/02/2018. I had power supply problems frequently. The invertor was not working since the last 1 year. Hence i complained several times. I registered complaint through online v-guard complaint registration. Several times contacted the service technician over phone. Once one technician came and checked the system and said he will switch off the inverter and check after two days the complaint is rectified. After two days when checked there was no result. The invertor was not working. Again i complained and another technician contacted over phone and asked about the complaint and he promised he will come and rectify the complaint with in two days. But, nothing happened. Again i got the message to lodge another complaint. Last on 04/09/2020 i got sms message from v-guard that my service request number 1-[protected] has been cancelled. I required, please register a new request. Hence i request that my complaint may be registered and appropriate action may be taken against the company, the dealer and the service centre. During the last winter season i has power supply problems. But since the invertor was not working i had a lot of difficulties. I have two daughters studying. Due to covid-19 pandamic they are getting online classes. During power failure they could not get the classes on computer.
      Also, i have complaint about the product since my electricity charges have hiked 3 to 4 times than the normal rates. The electricity board authorities are cursing the invertor for such hike. But i have no option to check the same. Hence i humbly request that the same problem also may be checked and rectified.
      The sms messages always curse the covid-19 pandemic for not giving service properly. But they are selling the company products all over the world during this period.

        It's not working properly, if this is called stabalizer then take away, doesn't work even in input of 240 volts but you people mentioned it can take input upto 270 volts

          The v-guard ema 25 water heater/ geyser was purchased from unilet store. The moment the product was installed the led indicator was not functioning. The geyser is making extra banging noises when switched on. The installation engineer has taken the led indicator with chip and gone. No call back/replacement of defective product whatsoever even after 5 days. Doesn't pick call. Any service request you raise automatically gets closed without any action. V-guard has mastered the art of cheating consumers.

            Ny device stop operation after 30-40mins in every 6-7hrs o[censored]se with error code oh, and was in warranty until june 2, it stop working on may 28, a service boy visited my house on june 3 and clean stabilizer and said it will work fine within 6-7hrs it again had same problem, on further enquiry from other electrician, they said v gaurd should have changed fan, which never spin, now they are (Vgaurd) refusing service

                  fire accident at home from vg 400 stabilizer, damaging property & life threat

                  I am writing this to you, with great dissatisfaction and anger that one of your best selling product VG 400 stabilizer, under warranty, that I am using for the 1.5 ton AC has caught fire in the middle of the night and damaged the balcony, where it was fitted outside. We had luckily averted potential major Fire accident as we were able to put out the fire immediately, and cut off the mains power, coming to the flat.

                  Hi,

                  We have the V Guard Geyser which is now approximately 7 years old. Last week we switched it on and in 5 minutes it caught fire. We noticed it only after 5-10 minutes and by then, the geyser covering and the plastic had completely burnt and was melting down. The whole bathroom was filled with black fumes and thick foggy/cloudy smoke. We called the fire engineers and they put down the fire. Luckily it didn't spread to other rooms but entire house had the black sticky plastic fumes residues and plastic smell which is still there.
                  ideally this should not happen as the thermostat is there to handle the heat and no water cases. When we spoke to the fire fighters, they mentioned that it should be a thermostat manufacturing defect. We called the V Guard care and they said they will come and check. But we haven't heard from anyone.
                  If there is a manufacturing defect, V-guard should do something about the customers who bought the same batch geysers or intimate them etc. This is a very dangerous defect.

                    v guard inverter fuse short issue

                    Your representative was attended on 22/10/19 for free installation. He contacted me on phone and requested to do plumbing work (Nipple & angle cock fitting) as plumbing work is not in his scope. He only fitted heater. After completion of plumbing work i called him for starting the heater & checking for machine wheather it is working properly or not but he refused to attend. He told me that his work is over & he will not give any demonstration on how to operate with safety. Without completion of installation from your side if machine is started & if any incidents happen who will responsible? What should i do? Please suggest.

Every time say new reason. & booking complaint closed without resolved and feedback.                         Hello,

                        I have raised installation request sr :1-[protected] and it was not yet done till now, guy who got assigned replying that it is far from his location and can't come and install. What should be the next option? Can you assign to technician who is bit nearer to me? And want to tell that customer may not buy house/flats where you guys provide service, and i have no information while buying this product. Please prioritize and do the needful.

                        Above is the mail request i have sent to customer care..

                        Then they allotted one more guy and he is also saying same repeated things.

                        Location is very far from where he is staying, what is this nonsense of reply.

                        Is this way of treating customer, do we need to buy in the center of city where you guys are providing service?

                        I don't need any assistance and

                        Product got installed by some other third party guy and i payed 500 rupees for that which is the lose i have to bare because of your service technicians who spoiling the company reputation,

                        Please update your terms and conditions and stop this blind folds.

                        Am not at all happy with your support guys/ technicians (Just throwing balls)

                        And request got closed by stating "unauthorized service"

                        Awesome it is.. Very bad experience

                              I have bought TV stabilizer on 12th August 2019 and after four days using it is not working. I have lodged the compliant to V-Guard customer care on 16th August 2018 and they have provided me service center details. On 19th August I took my stabilizer to the Panjim Service center and technician took around 4 hours to solve the issue but still it is not working. I have asked replacement for this product but they have denied and told me first the company technician will check issue and if it is not repairable then they will replace and I have to wait one day for that.

                                I am buy V-GUARD motor On dtd:13.09.2018 from local shop MODEL NO:VCB14-FO30 SERIAL NO:ULAG1869 but it giving problem from last 1 months.
                                I have been complaining since 4 to 5 days on V-Guard customer care for motor. even though complaint no is given the technicians never visit and everytime I call the V-Guard customer care they tell that they will put a request again for urgent servicing.

                                In One months repeated complaints 3 times and follow-ups still following a replacement of defected motor was ordered in the company, while the product is under warranty. (Bought 2 months ago). It was informed this will take 5 days. I am continuously following up in customer care (1 months now) but they are not providing...

                                Extremely bad service and behaviour of customer care and technician.The service man from the V-Guard didn't even respond for the service.

                                  Bought vguard motor pump 3 months before. On the same day itself, we exchanged the pump due to it's fault.

                                  Within 3 months, water is started to leak while running. It was assigned to the service center - Logha enterprise, Perambur.

                                  Complaint was raised and fixed by Technician however the water leak issue worsened. Within two weeks, I raised 5 Complaints as the technicians addressed each time, didn't fix the issue properly.

                                  When I inform this customer care, they can't do anything other than just raise customer complaint which we can do online itself.

                                  As per my experience, please don't buy vguard for motor pump as customer service and technicians are useless.
