I got a call from Vacations Gateway promising me a free gift (in their Happy Hour) with a Holiday package of Rs 8549/- I paid online and after some days got the package voucher but not the free gift.I mailed them several times but did not get any gift.On top of that they say that we dont give away such gifts without referrals.I want Vacations Gateway to keep the promise or refund me fully. I got a call from Vacations Gateway stating that my request of refund is accepted and for that I have to give my debit card no, expiry date, cvv no and OTP.Can Vacations Gateway explain why this information is required?
I have proof of the telephonic conversation.
Fraud!!
