[Resolved]  Vacations Gateway — Items Not received with the packages

Hi I am Pradeep Kasimsetty. I was called from [protected] by Roy Sharma and Mamtha from Vacations Gateway and i was told that, i have got selected as an Anniversary Customer and If i book the Travel packages, I will receive Blackberry Z30 Mobile and Dell Laptop. I trusted these persons and I have booked 2 Packages from Vacations Gateway Orders SDL00052716 SDL00052720 on June 3rd 2015 through my Citi Bank credit Card and Paid 8549/- and 8549/- total Rs. 17098/-. I received the tour packages in 15 days and However, I did not receive the Dell laptop and Blackberry z30 mobile which was promised to be sent along with the packages. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS. I DID NOT USE THE PACKAGES UNTIL NOEW, AND SO REQUEST YOU TO REFUND THE AMOUNT, UPON CANCELLING THE ORDERS. I Have sent so many emails and called the numbers [protected] and also other numbers [protected], but no response from these people. The Phones are not responding and I am continuously getting a Busy message or call waiting message. I also called customer care, [protected]/[protected] but no proper response. These Guys are sending emails that, they will send me wrist watch and a travel bag, instead of Laptop and Blackberry mobile. I am Cheated by these people and Now, I want my Amount to be refunded back. I am asking these guys to CANCEL my orders and refund me the amount back, but no one is responding. Please I request the Vacations Gateway, to refund me the amount as I am not a Rich person and my 17098/- Rs. is too much for me. I should not have believed you guys. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND THE TOTAL AMOUNT. I have attached My transaction numbers are and the amount debited from the Credit card Statement. Please help me in getting my refund back.
