Vacations Gateway — My payment refunde to company

Vacations Gateway - on Jun 20, 2015 Dear Sir, My self Akash prakash pimpalkar I want to complain against www.vacationgateways.com.co. Because i have received a phone call from Mr. Shubham sr+[protected] on 20june2015. he told, he was calling from Vacation gateways and he provide a holiday package for8549/- for 4night 5days. if i get that package then i also get a assure gift as per referral scheme(i.e tablet.) And instantly i have made payment as per his instruction. then they send a payment confirmation mail to me that he successfully received the payment. then i had call them when i will received dispatched details of my assure gift. he reply me within 48 hour you will received dispatched details.But till date i have not received my assure gift. and i have called to Mr.Shubham to send my assure gift but they don't refuse that then do not provide the gift. now they don't revived my phone calls. please help me how can i received my gift or cancel my holiday package.
