Vacations Gateway — Refund of Money | |||
I had purchased a vacation package last year & requested for refund immediately after that. I received a call last month mentioning that they are sending me a link which will help me credit the earlier balance of Rs. 17098 (Rs. 8549 paid per package for 2 packages) into my credit card account. However, this debited an additional Rs. 8549 from my account. Sachin Kumar (the representative who called me) had committed to courier a cheque of Rs. 25647 to my postal address. However, it's over a month & I haven't received anything yet. The number given for contact is constantly busy. Was this information helpful? | |||
