[Resolved] Vacations Gateway — Unauthorise debit to my account

On 29 may 2015, i got a call from this company for purchase of tour package for Rs. 7799. They promise me a gift item TAB. But when parcel came only a tour guidelines and rules. No gift package. Again i got a call from the same company on 22 Aug 2015 that you can get refund of the amount paid. by the process he collected my ICICI Debit Card No, ccv no, expiry date and OTP. instead of refunding my amount he debited my account Rs. 8549 two times on the same date. When i called he told that the amount is on hold the same will be credited to bank account with in 72 hours. However till 2 Sept 2015 i have not received my money. Hence I want refund of full amount of Rs. 24, 877. As there is no trust and believe on the company's false promise.

I am withdrawing my complain as the company has promised me the refund through mail. The company has sent me several mail with regard to this, the company says that after removal of the complain they can process the refund.

Vacations Gateway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by luckylks Out of the above unauthorised debit Rs. 8549 two times on 22 August 2015, only one refund amounting Rs. 8549 has been made vide SDL00066939. The other once (SDL[protected] is still penidng for last 3 months. Every time your team is telling a new story to avoild. When I can get the refund of the other one.
