Vacations Gateway — Unethical behaviour

Upon membership the executives of Vacations Gateway committed me to provide with a DELL Inspiron 15 5547 I-7 and made my membership of Rs. 7799/-. Upon writing to their Customer Care, they informed me that, there will be no such gift. Mr. Akash Sharanagat, Executive of Vacations Gateway confirmed me over telecon several time regarding the gift(Dell Lapton) with Silver color. Till now they have not provided me with the gift. On 26.06.15 the CEO of Vacation Gateway Mr. Lokesh Sachdeva talked with me regarding this. I told him to refund my money of Rs. 7799/-, but no action initiated yet by him.

For your information there are numerous complaints against the organisation. Still the Organisation has been continuing its activities with ease.
