Vaibhav — refund of monies paid till date and exit option from club mahindra membership

Dear All, I am a club Mahindra member with membership no. 2568828 and I am one of the frustrated people who took this membership not knowing in which chakravyuh I was entering into.
as I have not enjoyed any of the holidays till date in last 3 years and I had booked and cancelled one holiday as clun Mahindra was not at all ready to do my refund of the monthly payments I was doing to the tune of 15, 000 rupees per month.
since last 2.5 years.
the customer relations at solitaire park told me that the money would not get refunded at all.
I am a little surprised as how could the Government of India allow such a holiday membership to start in the first place which does not have any exit options.
I have sent an email to the member relations of club Mahindra asking to exit out and get the refund, waiting for a favourable reply from them.

I found frequent power cut in last one month and that happens every summer.

We pay the highest tariff to torrent for uninterrupted power but unfortunately it does not...
