Van Heusen — Purchased mask from van Heusen instead of 6 they send me only 3

I purchased mask online in van Heusen web site instead of 6 mask they send us only 3 mask please find below the mail communication whereby I asked them about the issue but no proper reply from them.

On 8th march placed the order for the below items
1) Rs.179 Antibacterial Protection Face Mask for Women - delivered on 15/03/2021 - RECEIVED THE ITEM AND NO ISSUE IN IT
2) Rs.419 Antibacterial Bikini (Pack of three)- delivered on 15/03/2021 - RECEIVED THE ITEM AND NO ISSUE IN IT

3) Rs.549 Breathe Easy 7 Layer Reversible Antibacterial Face Mask for Women - delivered on 11/03/2021 and raised the issue pertaining to the breath easy 7 Layer.

On 12/03/2021 self wore the below mail pertaining to the issue.
