Hi all myself i am ajay (Patient no : 131456) on[protected] for my eye check up visited vasan eyecare in bommanhalli branch after i visited the doctor miss. Nimsha sharma has prescribed me with specs with certains details after a one week on[protected] i have got my specs and those prescribed specs and used it till[protected] after the usage of specs i felt something wrong with my vision and it was uncomfortable with my specs and without the specs now i cant see anything properly with my both eyes and on the same day i visited specsmakers near by my home after diagnostic they said that has prescription wrong from vasan eyecare with wrong reading, for my confirmation i used there specs which was better and my visions was clear, my question is, due to your carelessness now i have spend those critical days and i have paid them without hesitation 5600, after to change that lens again i have paid 1700 to specmakers, now i am looking to explain the clear details with report to the higher authorities and i am expecting a call back ([protected]) from you guys and i dont want a call from bommanahalli branch, if this ignored i will file a case in consumer court regarding it.
