I placed an order for a Refrigerator and an AC on 05/08/2023. As of today, 17/08/2023, I have not yet received my products, making it a total of 12 days since the order was made. Despite contacting customer care, I have not received a satisfactory response. I even visited the showroom, where I was informed that I would receive my products within the next 2 days, but that deadline has also passed. I kindly request your assistance in ensuring the prompt delivery of my products.

The deliverd product is damaged piece having manufacturing defect.

Booked a whirlpool refrigerator double door at Gowriwakkam branch on 16/07/2023 which has not been delivered till today.

Concerned persons are giving very lame excuses everyday. At the time of booking I was told the product will be delivered the next day itself. The words are not kept.

The worst experience and worst service by Vasanth & Co.
Either deliver the product by evening or else cancel my order and refund my money back

I bought an aircooler in April month at Gummidipoondi branch, within 3 days fault occurred ( fan motor not working).
We informed to show room, after 15 days they came and check.
They are asked money for the service, within 3 days fault why should I pay? Again the same information is informed to Vasanth and co Gummidipoondi branch.
Again they are raise the complaint- same service team came and replace the other rewinded motor on May month. But motor not working properly( speed is too low).
So they concluded to give new product.

Now the problem is from showroom, because the product is warranty finished product.
I can't able to use the product and there is no support from vasanth and co.

I don't know what to do. If the same thing continue I have to go consumer court.

Regret to place a complaint that i have paid full amount for a Fridge, LG brand 340 Ltr capacity on 18.07.2023 at your Adyar Branch. While paying amount, they have assured that the Fridge will be delivered the next day i. e. On 19.07.2023. But till now ( 21.07.2023 - 5 pm) NOT delivered. When we approached your adyar branch, they don't have any proper answer. This is the 1st time facing such lapse and irresponsibility on your part. So many things I have purchased from your shop previously and they have not disappointed this much as this time. Pls treat your customer in such a way that they should not be frustrated like this.

We have placed order on sunday(06th June) for DAIKIN A/C but still I have not yet received the proved. Almost 48hrs gone but no response from Vasanth & CO.

We bought a 1.5 ton Daikin AC, after delivery when we opened the pack, we don't had any installation kit (2copper pipes, 4 core wire, indoor unit water outlet) inside the outdoor unit box suddenly we informed the vasanth & co dealer regards the issue but no proper response, indeed what we got is a blame on us that we took that installation kit and telling a lie. Very worst customer service, even though they didn't delivered the stabilizer which is included in the purchase bill. We have called and then only we got our stabilizer on the next day, just money oriented no support to customers, just playing a blame on customer and the product company..
Our suggestion don't go to vasanth & co.

Through vasanth n co Order Lloyd split ac 1.5ton on 28th may 2023 and no proper representative belongs to installation has cme as per mention 48hrs...after register complaint 31st May then only registered complaint after that 3rd June technician (prabhudeva)cme and before that I mentioned to him about residing in which floor and after he cme n asking drilling machine i provided n asking ladder i hav provided 5feet n asking ladder which is 20 feet i dnt have than he told with out ladder i won't do work n you have to arrange me ...he told you can complaint to anywhere even vasanth n co you can ask about it shows worst attitude n gone with out doing anything...after i enquire with vasanth n co customer care and told the issue the women
reply rudely those things you have to arrange what technician asking very rudely ...I'm asking question if customer booking ac and he residing in 10th floor so before booking he have to arrange all stuffs for installation...buying product 40k n spending money for installation 20k ...this is called free installation r person should book ac only in ground floor...very pathetic customer care vasanth n co n Lloyd AC service...don't ever step in to vasanth n co ...only focus customers for money before purchasing after purchase they treat same customer's like BEGGERS...very disgusting management vasanth n co n Lloyd AC service.

Really worried of purchased a product from vasanth&co, porur branch which is not yet delivered a sony TV. It's been 4 days now given commitment of Wednesday will be delivered & nothing happened till now. While contacting customer care they connect me to the branch & will commit today, today, today... will be delivered. I can't daily take leaves & wait for the delivery of the product. Give a correct commitment guys.

I have purchased symphony air cooler from adayar branch and it got repaired on th3 same day.
No help was offered from the branch and replacement is not done yet

We recently bought Godrej refrigerator from Vasanth & Co on 11 May 23. At the time of installation, one leg of the refrigerator was broken and wasn’t informed to us by the agent who had visited our home for installing the fridge. We found that later the same day and called the store where we purchased the product. As per them, they will replace with the new product very next day but till today this wasn’t happened. We are been constantly following up with the stop and not receiving any good response from them. This is not the way to treat the customer. We are so disappointed in the way Vasanth and co handling customer. We paid in full for the product and we received defected one? This is completely unacceptable. We need this to be replaced as soon as possible. Hope this will reach to the right person and the action will be taken from your end at the earliest.

We still believe Vasanth & Co, please don’t put our trust down.

We buy a carrier Ac in Avadi outlet chennai branch, they charged extra amount 450rs for installation the salesman not given proper response

I bought a A/c (Samsung) on 27/11/2022 from your Vasanth & co company through Shopse (ICICI Credit Card) through your agent and been downloaded the Shopse.
She had showed me the Cash back offer of interest paid I haver attached the copy of it.
after writing so many letter's through mail to ICICI Credit card division they replied saying shopse has declined the refund amount.
Then I called Shopse number as they said you bought a Samsung A/c not the Blue star A/c so we declined the same.
But all these things they didn't tell me (Blue star a/c instead of Samsung a/c) and she has told the refund amount of Rs.1289.46/-.
Please refund the amount immediately as mentioned by you people(customer service).

On May 1st 2023 we have booked IFB Senorita 6.5 kg washing machine along with its cover and stand.The machine cover is not yet delivered and it's been 15 days .please take necessary action and deliver the product

I bought the mixer before a month in vasanth & co in opp. to new bus stand, salem. I said the requirement that we are family with 3members and we need the preeti mixer, but sales person convinced to buy butterfly mixer that it is opted for small family and it's performance is the best.
We trusted their words and bought the mixer but it's performance was really very bad, not grinding properly
We bought it back to Showroom and even took it to service centre but it was the same performance..
The mixer we bought was in Showroom for a month, we have used it for only a day. Still now it's in showroom they didn't saying anything to take it back.
Now the sales person is saying that, we will say anything to buy you, you should be careful before buying mixer. Once we sell we're not responsible for what you buying mixer.
Is this a reply from vasanth & co employee.?
We have trust in your company nd we came but now we regretting for buying it. Kindly contact me someone from your company. We still didn't have mixer that we paid, it's been a month. The mixer is still in showroom.

Delivery faulty product and no one came for demo

This is regarding we have purchased your toshiba refrigerator side by side a week ago in Chennai tnagar vasanth and co .

repair in refrigerator.

We so upset on buying your great brand. We don't know how complaint in direct so we are writing mail to you to get immediate response from your side.

We purchased for 60k around .. now mentally we depressed in a week we purchased with our hard earned money.

Facing problem in both the doors light are not tunned on . And outside temperature is also not working.

I've visited vasanth & co in salem to buy water purifier and mixer..
We have already decided to buy Preeti mixer as we already used the brand.
Sales person however convinced to make me butterfly mixer that's performance was really good, and we have bought by believing it.
But it's performance was really poor, totally disappointed. We contacted vasanth & co, no proper response even after buying 15days.
I've returned the mixer to replace with preeti mixer, still they haven't contacted me to take mixer.

I had bought an IFB dishwasher from the South Usman Rd, T Nagar, Chennai store on April 29, 2023. The delivery was made on May 1st and on May 2nd the technician opened the package and found that the door was broken in transport and hence said a new piece would be delivered soon.

It has been 10+ days now and the issue is NOT yet resolved. I have tried to resolve the issue with Vasanth's sales people concerned as well as with IFB but no movement. Everyone keeps giving excuses related to their own internal problems, but the replacement is still NOT arrived.

I will NEVER again buy anything from Vasanth or IFB
