Purchased IFB FL W/M SENORITA AQUA SX 6 5KG FOR RS.3250 on 29/04/2016..Paid cash and the Machine Packet was brought on and not opened even after 48 hours.It was informed within 48 hours Service staff will do the Installation work.I do not what purpose will be served keeping the machine idle even 48 hours is too much. If you do not have the Man Power to install within 48 hours I doubt very much about your service in future. I think it is better to send back the packet to the supplier and request for Refund because no guarantee for your service.I think we have to wait for many days even if a Complaint is given for Service. They have made false statement while purchasing whirlpool AC. They told copper coil but actually it is Aluminum coli. DONT PURCHASE ANY AC's IN VASANTH & CO
