Quality is worst the colour was different and it was not used they are not accepting for return I bought for RS 1680 they are saying that only damaged products can be accept for return

ordered for a dress material and it was so cheap quality. When i am asking them to return they are charging me 200 rupees for no reason and also not returning the money. Thereafter they are going to refund it in their own wallet but no point using that money as i am sure all the products on their website are of similar quality. Extremely pathetic service
