I ordered salwar in vastrova site with 2016₹ With cash on delivery option. They send me 3rd class product, which costs around 250. I asked them to refund my amount back. For that what they are is we will cut courier charges as 250₹ and remaining amount will be transferred to your vastrova wallet. I didn’t like that product at all and how can I buy again with my amount. So I need my amount back please help me out

I ordered for a dress on 27th January 2019. The quality of the material is too bad and not matching with the picture shown in website. Don't even have a customer care number for the site www.vastrova.com. They only responded through email and denied my refund of Rs.2000
