Vedoicon d2h — Video con d2h not provide disc antina at time of installation now chagre for antina when i relocated to new place

Hi my name santosh kumar chaurasia,
I took the connection from videcon in thane maharastra. When i took the connection there was a common connection so that they did not provide me disc antina and they said when you relocate any where i will give you antina without cost. Now i have relocate from thane to banglalore and i give call to videocon customer care to installation. Now they telling me to charge for antina i told them you have not privide at time of new installation still they are not listening to me and charge for disc antina. We will totally disturb to call videocon again and again. Please help on this.
