We (Narendra parpudi and family) have booked for rajasthan tour - mevad.. Right now, we are at last leg of our tour and we just checked in to ibis hotel in jaipur city... Ironically, all o[censored]s were put on to smoking floor rooms. Let me remind you we have small kids with us and we all have to bear with passive smoking all night.. We have booked the tour well in advance for you give any reason for your failure to provide a non smoking room. I m not sure if the mistake is from the management or of tour manager, this negligence cannot be tolerated from your end.. Was this information helpful? |
