I ordered helmet visor on 23/6/15 through vegaautos website. It delivered on 29tg of same month.. when I opened the visor sticker soon after got delivered, I found a deep scratch on mid of the helmet. I mailed to company as well as customer service in their website along the picture of the defective part of the visor provided to replacement or money back. Today the date is 7/7/15. Till now no reply and so I called to mobile number provided on their website, ring goes but no response. What is the procedure to file a complaint? (In their website they quoted replacement can be initiated within 15 days from the time of the goods delivered) Was this information helpful? |
