[Resolved] Vego — service not provided from service center | |||
I bought this vego 3di giant on 06/07/2019. This piece delivered to me is not working properly. I raised a complaint in customer care for more than 5 time. Each time i get a message saying issue will be resolved in next 48 hours but nothing happens. I also contacted to regional manager of my area as asked by customer care but still no one has visited yet. I asked customer care to get me a call with their supervisor but according to them there is no supervisor in the company. So they can not do anything about this. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 20, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved After raising my complaint on this website, a mail the same to company's email i.e. [email protected] and today means on 20/07/2019 i got revert on that mail and over my cell phone too asking my complaint. I got the call from regional manager as well, i got one engineer visiting my place today itself. My problem is solved now but I'm not sure what triggered them to take action today. As i posted my problem on different platforms other than this. So if anyone is facing the same issue, don't just rely on their wordings. | |||
