[Resolved] Vego — Item not delivered and no response from support team | |||||
I had ordered a air cooler Vego Glacier I from the main site of Vego ie Www.vego.in The customer support doesn't connect and if it does nobody cares to respond the call. I have booked the item on 21st of this month and I haven't heard about the order from them till date. I am not sure if the order is been processed or it not considered at all. I had gone to the site overlooking all the other website like snapdeal and Flipkart to make I get no damaged product but this is what we get from the guys who own them. Flipkart and snapdeal are way to better than this guys.. Will never order any product from those guys. Please help Me with the order team. Thanks Sachin Was this information helpful? | |||||
May 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved They do not communicate till the product is delivered, but fortunately the order was delivered in exact 10days. I am not sure what dates they promise too..
The support team should atleast be avaiable to respond the queries, that gives some mental peace.

Vego — complaint not attented even after 2 weeks
I bought air cooler on 25 February and placed a complaint before 2 weeks but still no body came to solve it. Cooler is not giving cooling
