Problem:
Motor (fan) stopped working at the end of July/ start of August.
No support despite repeated correspondence. October now, and still no resolution.
No reply to last mail either.
Detailed: Within two months from purchase the fan got jammed and stopped rotating freely. I called them and was given a complaint number and told my request would be addressed in two days. Nothing happened, no service technician came over, no phone calls, no emails, nothing. Then the fan stopped completely. Still no help. Now my calls weren't even answered. I stayed on hold for an hour almost in total.
Then I mailed them using their contact form from their website. I got a reply that again, my request will be addressed in 2 days. I called them and said that is what was said last time. They replied that the earlier technicians (company) wasn't competent and that they have since teamed up with another one and they will look into it in 2 days. This was on 23rd September. I emailed them yesterday again, and unfortunately have no replies whatsoever. Today is the 29th of October. The issue had started in June/July. Are they trying to pass the months till my warranty expires? Though even I know it doesn't work that way. Since the complaint was opened earlier than the expiry date of the warranty, the warranty is valid till they fix my appliance, but even so. What sort of company is this?
