    I bought this vego 3di giant on 06/07/2019. This piece delivered to me is not working properly. I raised a complaint in customer care for more than 5 time. Each time i get a message saying issue will be resolved in next 48 hours but nothing happens. I also contacted to regional manager of my area as asked by customer care but still no one has visited yet. I asked customer care to get me a call with their supervisor but according to them there is no supervisor in the company. So they can not do anything about this.

    After raising my complaint on this website, a mail the same to company's email i.e. [email protected] and today means on 20/07/2019 i got revert on that mail and over my cell phone too asking my complaint. I got the call from regional manager as well, i got one engineer visiting my place today itself. My problem is solved now but I'm not sure what triggered them to take action today. As i posted my problem on different platforms other than this. So if anyone is facing the same issue, don't just rely on their wordings.

      We are very dis satisfied with your customer care services.. We had taken vego glacier i air cooler in last summer.. There is a problem with motor.. It is not working yet.. We are trying to contact customer care service agent of mentioned area above but there is no response still.. Plz look forward as soon as possible..

        I had ordered a air cooler Vego Glacier I from the main site of Vego ie Www.vego.in

        The customer support doesn't connect and if it does nobody cares to respond the call.

        I have booked the item on 21st of this month and I haven't heard about the order from them till date.

        I am not sure if the order is been processed or it not considered at all.

        I had gone to the site overlooking all the other website like snapdeal and Flipkart to make I get no damaged product but this is what we get from the guys who own them.

        Flipkart and snapdeal are way to better than this guys.. Will never order any product from those guys.

        Please help Me with the order team.

        They do not communicate till the product is delivered, but fortunately the order was delivered in exact 10days. I am not sure what dates they promise too.. The support team should atleast be avaiable to respond the queries, that gives some mental peace. Thanks Vego and Consumer Team.

        Vego — complaint not attented even after 2 weeks

        I bought air cooler on 25 February and placed a complaint before 2 weeks but still no body came to solve it. Cooler is not giving cooling

          I am purchased Vego air cooler in month of April but starting of October its fan not working I am called the Vego toll free no and submit my complaint about 15 days back still now no one means company operator or any not visit my house Since last 15 days I called daily and they told me next day operator is coming on your home I am recorded all calls on my mobile for proof purpose

            Company: Vego Product: Glacier i 72 Liter Cooler Date of Purcahse: 09/06/2015 Complaint No.: DEL15I08003C Problem: Motor (fan) stopped working at the end of July/ start of August. No support despite repeated correspondence. October now, and still no resolution. No reply to last mail either. Detailed: Within two months from purchase the fan got jammed and stopped rotating freely. I called them and was given a complaint number and told my request would be addressed in two days. Nothing happened, no service technician came over, no phone calls, no emails, nothing. Then the fan stopped completely. Still no help. Now my calls weren't even answered. I stayed on hold for an hour almost in total. Then I mailed them using their contact form from their website. I got a reply that again, my request will be addressed in 2 days. I called them and said that is what was said last time. They replied that the earlier technicians (company) wasn't competent and that they have since teamed up with another one and they will look into it in 2 days. This was on 23rd September. I emailed them yesterday again, and unfortunately have no replies whatsoever. Today is the 29th of October. The issue had started in June/July. Are they trying to pass the months till my warranty expires? Though even I know it doesn't work that way. Since the complaint was opened earlier than the expiry date of the warranty, the warranty is valid till they fix my appliance, but even so. What sort of company is this?               I have purchased a VEGO GLACIER i Cooler on 14 Jun 2014 for Rs 11990/-. The Honey Comb media in the the cooler is touching the fan. I wanted to register a complaint regarding the same, but the Toll free number or customer care number provided by the Manufacturer are non functioning. so I am unable to lodge a complaint. I cannot find any useful information in the website www.vego.in. please need the helpful.

                Your costumer care is not responding our complaint.
                I field complaint on 5th may 2015 but still no response is from your team.
                we expected that company will give us fast & satisfactory service, but our expectations are totally wrong.
                Please take a serious note of my complaint.
                Similar problem here. Cooler stopped working in two months only. And after calling customer support, they gave me a complaint number and then nothing. No call back, no technician as promised, nothing. Plus, they stopped answering. I am always on hold waiting to be answered. Sometimes for an hour even without answer.
