I have applied pan card on june 1st week but i havent received pan card .i followed the tracking details went to nalgonda velex courier but theere was no such velex courier in nalgonda fews days latter i got a message shipment is delivery with the delivery boys contact number i havent received pan card and also the delivery boys number is not a valid one i tired calling the customer care of velex they are not responding sent lot of mails such a use less process these couries not even exists in nalgonda but tried faking in google maps fooling peoples
