Velex Logistics Pvt Ltd — Pan Card issue not delivered yet

Dear Sir/madam we have a complaint with a courier company "velex logistics pvt. ltd. One of our courier containing a pan card was dispatched from NSDL PAN centre, pune on 24st April 2021 but up till now we didn't received the delivery of the courier even after 3 months.Whenever we try to track the courier with provided Air Way bill no.-[protected]
